II. Minimum Mandatory Terms & Conditions:

  • RAs shall disclose to the client the terms and conditions of the research services offered including rights and obligations. RAs shall ensure that neither any research service is rendered nor any fee is charged until consent is received from the client on the terms and conditions. —>> Will be shared at the time of onboarding.

  • SEBI provided documents containing details of services provided to investors, investors rights, dos and don’ts, responsibilities, investor grievance handling mechanism and estimated timelines thereof etc.

  • We abide by Code of Conduct as specified in Third Schedule.

V. Grievance Handling Mechanism:

  • Investors should approach the concerned Research Analyst and s/he shall ensure that the grievance is resolved within 21 days. If grievance still remains unresolved, investors can file a formal complaint on SEBI’s SCORES Portal (Click Here).
